Number 39: Looking over the Cape of Africa

Cape Town, South Africa

Cape Town’s Table Mountain is one of the most photographed sights in the area. Undoubtedly, going to the top of the mountain is a highlight to be able to see the entirety of the area, and to see in a single glance both Indian and Atlantic Oceans to the south. Here, a view to the north from the top of Table Mountain shows from left to right: Lion’s Head, Robben Island in the harbour, Signal Hill, Cape Town Stadium, and the Victoria and Albert Waterfront.

I made this photo on 13 October 2012. This post appears on Fotoeins WIDE at fotowide.wordpress.com.
